Return Eligibility
We have a 15-day return policy for all unopened products, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We have a 7-day return policy for opened products. A 25% restocking fee applies to resellable items. This fee does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused or in excellent condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

- Products not purchased directly from FareEarth
- Unopened products returned after 15 days

- Products showing signs of physical damage
- Broken seals or tampered labels
- Products affected by spills or improper use
- Products with missing components
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Start a Return

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping returns, including all shipping expenses.
FareEarth is not responsible for returned items that are:
- Lost during transit
- Damaged during return shipping
- Rejected due to improper packaging
- Rejected due to failure to follow return instructions
